We’re proud to share that both our Ofsted and SIAMS inspections reflect the supportive, nurturing, and high-quality education we offer here at Shap Endowed CE Primary School.

Ofsted commended our school as a “small, friendly, and nurturing environment” where pupils “enjoy each day” and thrive. The report highlights our high academic expectations, inclusive approach, and the success of our broad, engaging curriculum. Our commitment to early reading, strong staff support, and the respectful, well-mannered conduct of our pupils were also recognised as strengths.

SIAMS praised our Christian vision of being a “safe branch from which to soar,” which is brought to life by our dedicated staff, students, and families. The report emphasised our strong Christian values of Friendship, Trust, Peace, Koinonia, Compassion, and Creation, which underpin everything we do. These values help create a caring community where all children feel valued and encouraged to flourish.
